The Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) is a one-time amnesty window introduced by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to help companies clear pending filings and update the MCA-21 Registry.

Key Highlights:

• Duration: Valid from 15th April 2026 to 15th July 2026.
• Objective: To reduce the financial burden on MSMEs and inactive companies caused by the ₹100/day additional fee for delayed filings.
• Financial Relief:
  • Pending Annual Filings: Pay only 10% of the total additional fees.
  • Dormancy (MSC-1): Pay 50% of the normal filing fee to transition to a Dormant Company status.
  • Strike Off (STK-2): Pay only 25% of the filing fee to legally close the company.
• Immunity: Provides protection from penal proceedings for sections 92 (Annual Return) and 137 (Financial Statements) if filed before or within 30 days of an adjudication notice.
